One Damn Thing After Another
Southeast British Columbia is a Conservative stronghold. The Tories pretty much have a lock on the Okanagan, Kamloops, Kelowna region - the same area that's reeling from wildfires and Covid-19.
CBC was reporting that Ontario has logged its second consecutive day with more than 400 new Covid cases. Big deal. British Columbia just logged 464 new cases.
I took a look at the BC Covid dashboard to see where the Covid hotspots are in my province. It turns out they're in the same place as the wildfires. Of the 464 new cases in B.C., 275 were reported by the Interior Health Region, wildfire country. By contrast, the Vancouver Coastal Health Region, accounts for just 60 of the new cases.
Are you trying to tell us that Covid is spreading like wildfire?

Even though "Haters need to admit Canada is the slow but steady winner in vaccine race"*,
ReplyDeletewhen vaccine resisting nut cases in the BC interior are joined by their Alberta brethren, we get a very predictable result.
