Mike Pence is PNG, persona non grata, with his president after failing to somehow derail the confirmation of the electoral win of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. Pence is said to be likewise furious with the Mango Mussolini.

The wife of Trump's new whipping boy, Mitch McConnell, transportation secretary, Elaine Chao, has told Trump to take her job and shove it.

The news service, Reuters, reports many White House aides are steering clear of their increasingly irrational commander in chief. Here's the worst part - the people who still surround Trump in his psychotic bubble. Trump is now surrounded by a coven made up of Peter Navarro, Stephen Miller and Rudy Giuliani. Three deranged minds that fuel every conspiracy theory now clogging Trump's fevered mind. That's what has even Republicans afraid of what this angry, sadistic lunatic could attempt in his remaining two weeks in office.

    .. My understanding is that Trump yammers with Sean Hannity every night. The rats left long ago.. down the hawsers. But lately as the Plague Ship Trump settles by the stern a stead plop of Political Animals plunging from the decks. Presumably having sterilized hard drives, email (public and private) text and Facebook.. you name it. The 'Trump Brand' is going glowing radioactive - Dear Ivanka is in fantasy land with Jerod, Don Jr and the rest. Haha.. what are the Book Rights to Melania's tell all worth ? Haha.. what is her silence worth is a better question !

      At some point he'll probably realize the Miller, Hannity, Giuliani et al have given him lousy advice even if it was exactly what he wanted to hear. They've been telling him how elegant his wardrobe is even as he's been wandering bare assed down the High Street. For Trump it's the same old problem. He's always demanded total loyalty and has always given back nothing. He whipped up his Gullibillies to commit acts of domestic terrorism on Wednesday and, by Thursday, he was denouncing the horde for it and calling for them to be thrown in jail. I've read a number of their social media howls today and a lot of them are saying they got used and then stiffed by Trump. The rest seem to believe that Trump is still their guy and he's just playing to the cameras. Stay tuned.

Who Asks "Why?"

Every time there's a conflict between the Israelis and Palestinians, all we hear is 'why?'  Why, as in, whose fault is this? It's easier to affix blame if you can truncate the event. Pick a convenient start date, something recent. In this case we'll make it either the Israeli eviction of Arabs from Jerusalem or the scuffle that took place outside the mosque in response. If those don't work, let's go for Hamas launching unguided rockets into Israel. That's even better because it tags Hamas with the blame.
